Ken Frederickson lives on a ranch near the Moose Mountain area in SE Saskatchewan, Canada. Growing up in agriculture nurtured his love of wildlife and animals. He worked as a professional livestock photographer for 30 years , in addition to ranching with wife Heather.
Ken is a self taught artist , producing sculptures that reflect his western heritage and deep love of nature. He produced his first bronze in 2015 . He held his first gallery show in 2017 at the Shurniak Gallery in Assiniboia, SK . He has won the Peoples Choice award twice at the Langenburg Adjudicated Art Show (2016 & 2017) and once at the Moosomin Arts Council Show 2017). In 2018 Ken had a trophy bronze selected for presentation at the Calgary Stampede.
